Born in Tehran, chef Sophie studied the culinary arts of her family’s cooking. She was always in the kitchen with friends and family, learning the secret recipes and traditions, passed down from generations before.
As an adult, Sophie moved to the UK where she continued to explore hospitality, event planning and catering. Through the years, Sophie followed her passion for the food industry to the heart of Los Angeles, where she has now launched the L’equipe Café.
Sophie’s goals for this new venture are simple: the L’equipe Café will share the delectable cuisines of her Moroccan heritage with unmatched customer service. Whether you grab a quick breakfast or stay for a leisurely lunch, Sophie invites you, your friends and family, to her home away from home.
